sugur problems what do i do?

Diet -- that means you keep a food diary and watch what you eat. You will have to change your diet to eliminate certain foods or reduce the amount of those foods. You'll have to monitor your sugar levels (glucose) and the doctor will give you specific instructions. People have been reducing the amount of insulin required by following their diets, keeping food diaries, exercising, and generally keeping their weight down. We know people who have brittle diabetes (meaning that their sugar levels fluctuate and are hard to control) who are now eating just about anything they want but in strictly controlled portions and strictly controlled timing. Their sugar levels have evened out and they are requiring less than 1/2 the amount of insulin they previously required. They exercise regularly and by keeping a food diary, they have been able to control their sugar levels and still satisfy the cravings for chocolate candy or ice cream. Moderation and constant vigilence is the key. Some of the people have totally come off insulin and are totally diet controlled. Amazing, absolutely amazing but 50 pounds of weight loss, proper diet, exercise and self-awareness has done wonders for people who are overweight.
